About This Project
The AI Readiness Assessment Radar is an evidence and literature-based tool designed to assess AI readiness in companies. It is built upon the research conducted by Furkan Cakmaktepe as part of his Master's thesis, titled:
AI Readiness and Competitive Advantage in the Age of Democratized AI: Extending the Resource-Based View with an Intelligence-Based Perspective.
This assessment radar is based on the master's thesis by Furkan Cakmaktepe which explores how organizations can harness AI Readinessto sustain competitive advantage. It integrates the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) frameworks, utilizes the Delphi Methodology, and proposes a practical AI Readiness Assessment Radar.
This framework systematically measures an organization’s AI preparedness across multiple dimensions—data readiness, infrastructure, strategic alignment, and more—to identify the most critical factors for achieving and maintaining a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving AI-driven landscape.
